In your role as a student assistant, your primary responsibility is to support students with various challenges and NPF variations in their daily lives. This mainly involves being available to students during lessons, transitions, breaks, and meal situations in school and after-school care. In your work, you are responsible for ensuring that students feel a desire to learn and are involved in their learning based on their own conditions. It is important to recognize the different needs of students, consider their individual circumstances, and help them grow and develop. The goal is to increase students' independence and work towards inclusion as much as possible.

We are looking for someone with relevant education to work as a student assistant, who has experience working with children and preferably pedagogical experience to meet the student's needs for adjustments at the right level. Documented knowledge of NPF diagnoses, good collaboration skills, solution-focused approach, and low-arousal responses are meritorious.

The position is a fixed-term employment for the spring term of 2026.
